Mobility & taxi fares
Taxi tariffs, airport surcharges and scooter permits are defined by city councils in prose. Map the decree once, then answer “which fare applies here?” with a lookup.
Send the clause that defines where the tariff applies; get the zone as GeoJSON.
Keep it in PostGIS next to the tariff it belongs to.
Check pickup and drop-off points against the zones to pick the fare.
