Upvote a feature request or issue
POST /v1/feedback/{id}/voteFreeWrites
Adds your upvote to a feature request or issue; votes decide what gets built and fixed first. Idempotent: one vote per account. A vote on a duplicate goes to the original. Free; needs a key. Returns the item with its new vote count.
